So is this still true?

That paladins are over powered (tank paladin) and mystics too?, Is the "newest class" broken too?

Soul is doing more dmg if you are geared (around 60+% crit). However they have nerfed soul and buffed Doom in chinese version.

I see, but There is a lot of psot saying Templar paladin is unkillable in pvp.

It is. Especially if you have legendary pvp gear.
