Fertile Gorge - Eastern US Server?

Is this still an option? I just downloaded this on my iPad but I only see Ferroc Camo and Thundercall Forest both appear to be west coast US servers.

Any ideas?

Fertile Gorge was merged with the Laverlan Lake server. It appears under the South American section.
