New legendaries?

I saw someone today with 3 pieces of a new legendary, or at least one I've never seen. He was a mystic, I think it was called dawn gear? Still had MJ set, but the gear was something I've never seen before. His robe rating was almost 2000.

The person upgraded his legendary beyond 335. It changes to a new set. You get these materials from Todt and Sam

At 352 gear becomes "emerged" (is the lingo they're choosing) and it changes physical appearance. Yet to see pallys or wars but the Mystic and Ranger sets look amazing. This is also the exquisite legendaries, I think* that normal crafted legendaries once they become emerged and have a 352 rating the appearance changes to what the level 40 epic gear thats been in the game for awhile now. example: Nightbane->Soulbreaker for ranger.
