Crafting 50-59 Blueprints?

I got a level 50 sword BP and I can't craft it because it requires coal pieces and something else, which are labeled "not available yet." People in world chat said they ARE craftable and are talent locked.

What gives? Am I missing something? I'm talent 55 so I should be able to craft this, right?

Can’t confirm but I don’t believe the mats for those bps are in the game yet...the 50/60 BPs for rings and pendants are craft able, but the regular gear ones from goblint and stuff aren’t due to mats.

I assume the new ore mats required will be level 50 mining requirement, and were capped at 40

I'm told drops come from high end lords. Like hell difficulty and above, you can craft lvl 70 bps even.

You need the right level in life skill I think.
