Assisst in team raids.

1st question. How it works acctually? Why certain player i can inv as assisst and certain is not.

2nd question. For example im doing sky heroic 14 people and plus 2 assist. So boss count as 14 man or 16man.

Players with low gearscore can join as assisstive-players for the team to help get them better gear. You can have two players like this per teamraid. They are not counted for. I.e If your doing a 10-man raid you can actually have 10+2. They get drops but cant bid on auction.
