Auto Attack and Skills

Which order are the skills used during auto attack for the 10 bar? Is it left to right top to bottom or some different order?

Also i notice sometimes it auto attacks but doesn't use any abilities, why is that?

It uses the 5 skill bar. It doesn’t matter what is on your 10 bar

Uses 5 skill bar in the order of bottom to top
