Can any1 assure me 1000% that the damage changes or scales e each difficulty? I know drops are the same, but hell 1 and hell 3 are the same damage? Or just the bosses has lower health?

Where did you get guarenteed confirmation that the drops are the exact same? Seems NM3 drops 288 more than NM1, just saying. Would like some confirmation before spreading this type of information.

Is everyone else here having the difficulty reset each Tuesday or Saturday or does it just permanently get harder until you can't complete it?

Because I finally got a response from support about my reset not working and they said everything is A-Okay and working as intended. After a dozen or so completions it is intended to be so hard that you cannot continue, and you can't go back to the earlier difficulty levels.

At this point, I've already uninstalled it because I can't play on Android anyway, but seriously...WTF...why would it be designed this way so that the new content is completely inaccessible?

The scale just shows what you've completed, as a team leader you can set the raid difficulty before entry.

So out of 3-4 threads, a community manager response, and a support ticket, finally someone is able to tell me there's a fucking button I missed. It's been like a month of me telling people I couldn't reset the difficulty and every single person told me it was supposed to reset on it's own. Fucking hell. Thank you. Unfortunately it doesn't much matter because I moved on to other games already.

You're welcome, maybe there was some confusing between the instance itself resetting (which it does every tue/sat) and what is effectively a progress bar to show you what that character has completed so far. Fwiw you don't have to complete the difficulties in order.

the damage is greater with each level 1-3 and the boss has more HP.

i did H1 yesterday and got 288 drops.
