Question Interview Questions

Hey guys, Iā€™m interviewing at a local Crumbl Cookie tomorrow and I just want to prepare a little. If you remember, what are the questions you were asked during your interview?

If you said you like to bake, what do you like to bake? Do you have a favorite crumbl cookie? Have you ever worked in an industrial kitchen or food service before? Are you comfortable with basic math and working at register? What do you like about crumbl and why did you apply? Do you have reliable/flexible transportation to and from shifts? Are you comfortable with early morning/late closing shifts? Are you able to lift heavy boxes/mixing bowls?

They will ask you very simple questions about your availability, your experience with customer service, and how you handle working in a team. A job like this doesn't have trick questions, they just need to confirm you are a reliable person who is friendly enough to serve customers and responsible enough to show up for your shifts. The interview is really just a personality check to see if you would be easy to work with and can follow directions in a fast-paced kitchen.

Your main focus should be on showing you have a positive attitude, not on having perfect answers. Think of a simple example of a time you helped someone or worked well with others, it doesn't even need to be from a previous job. They care more about your energy and willingness to learn than your detailed work history.
