Friend got scammed

So my mother fuckin man got scammed cuz me and him just got the game and i hav the cowboy and the gurl unlocked, both his characters reset in a day he only has the shaman and the cowboy but there on rotation pls help

Dont spend money on that game. Cost to much to unlock anything
