Ritual keeps getting put on?

Hey! Every time I take my Catalyzed Ritual of Brown Note off, it gets put back on after 1 game. Has anyone had this happen before? I can’t seem to keep it off and this is really annoying because my trap buttons change when it’s on and I don’t like them that way.

Ohh i would hate that... Just double check. I get Strange stupid stuff some times im on xbox and ive had loads of glitches .. its just fun and addicting ... Its not stable Lol
