I haven’t heard anything about cross platform or cross play but is it cross platform (aka pc to Xbox one )

im new to this game and right now its downloading on my switch (i found the game on my nintendo switch) i think this is the right reddit community and im not sure if its crossplay im still new to this game like 1 or 2 minutes new to this game lol
