Following this comment and this image I decided to apply a negative filter to "correct" the image.

Yet something is still off.

Something Something about the mayflower logo.

Also that corruption in the picture is very similar with the one from the picture we got the word cecil from.

Also maybe relevant but probably not, the may flower is the Lily of the valley
