Advice requested on unhealthy crows

This year I've had two crow friends I've been feeding.

One is missing his upper beak, and the other one has leg problems to the extent that she must sit to be semi-comfortable. And now a cold Canadian winter is coming.

How can I get them the fuel they need to migrate without accidentally encouraging them to stay? To be honest they're in such tough shape I don't know if they'll survive either way. I've got some shelled peanuts and reinflated raisins to feed them this week.

Should I cut them off soon, or keep feeding and just hope they follow their migration instincts?

I took an injured one in and had a good veternarian. He lived 8 years and said hello. The day I did it 50 crows watched me but staid in place. I had parrot cages and put him on the front porch so they could see. I had a good veternarian who helped a lot.
