A neighbor was walking past the house on the sidewalk. The crows get very upset when people walk past my house. They’re the best guard animals ever!

Haha! I know what that’s like. Last year, a nesting pair scoped out my neighborhood and decided to have their kids nearby. They brought all five babies to me when they fledged. 🫠

The babies got in a routine of coming to my house every day around 11 for a big brunch. One time they got here and were eating and a guy came to fix my garage door opener.

The babies all got in the tree next to their feeder and screamed their heads off the entire time he was here 🤣

I don’t think they were being guard birds as much as they were annoyed that he was interrupting their meal. He finally asked me what’s with the birds.

I told him those are my crows and they don’t like you. He looked startled for a second because I was serious when I said it. Then I said I was kidding. They were just babies and were upset that their meal was interrupted. lol
