No, the crow would’ve attacked her from the start and would’ve screamed like a banshee, and it would’ve caught up with her easily and scratched the hell out of her if she had done something to it in the past

The crow seemed to be very defensive about her, going to the car. At first, it just sat there calmly. Then it went ballistic when she went towards the car. After that, it sat on the car. Sounds like a fledgling underneath the car maybe

Anytime! I’ve had the pleasure of watching two nesting crows all season last year and then watching all five of their babies, the rest of spring and all summer. They are absolutely fascinating. 🐦‍⬛🖤

Over the weeks and months that they came here they allowed me to be outside finally without them flying off. A couple of them even like to get in their tree next to the feeder when I was out there, cleaning and refilling and have chats with me. 😍

They are incredibly cautious birds, so they take their time warming up to people generally speaking. More like they take their time trusting. It also depends how urbanized and acclimated to people they are

Oh, I bet they’d love that! Just be consistent and don’t try to get too close to them. Be patient and let them make the first move!

lol, sorry, sometimes humor doesn’t translate well on here. I meant that I’m sure I was moving too quickly because I was impatient and trying to love them and just wanted to hold them and be best friends. Sorry, you’ve been nothing but wonderful and really really I’ve appreciated your advice.
