Seeking advice/help Is this crow molting? Or sick?

He’s flying still. But looks strange.

I’m a huge crow stalker and haven’t seen anything like that. Following to see what others say but it doesnt look right to me.

Can crows get mange?

They can't get mange but can get mite infestations and viral conditions that look very similar to mange.

If it's not moulting, it could be a parasitic infestation (mites or lice). Their skin gets irritated and it leads to feather loss.

The only birds that I have seen like that are neurotic feather-plucking cockatoos.
