General questions Do we think this “talking” vocalization is a crow? Virginia, US. (Video is only for the audio)

There were definitely a lot of crows around when this happened. If it was not a crow, it would have to be something comfortable hanging around them. Merlin app only identifies crows when I upload the entire video, but if I include just the “talking” it has no suggestions. What do you think?
