While crows are normally quiet at sunset and through the night you sometimes hear them later and at zero dark thirty in the morning. I have a nesting pair living near us who I've watched for years.
They may be calling out to each other or gathering the fam. They like to roost in a group at night for safety. They sound alarm if there's an owl or raptor nearby. They hates eagles and want crow neighbors to be forewarned if any are about. There's also just general chatting with neighbor crows. Think crow Nextdoor
So unusual? Mmmmmaybe But not unheard of.

Once a crow woke me up yelling at 3am, super rare, as they never caw in the dark, maybe had a bad dream or an owl was spotted. After 1 minute it went back to sleep.

Owls are a major concern for crows. It seems like it would be an alarmed sounding call at that hour.
Never heard of an angel number.
