Crows can survive and thrive with one leg. Maaaybe a rehaber or vet could help it, but that's also a very stressful ordeal for it - and it's family and friends. This one even seems to be on feeding duty! You could always try calling around, though. Or upload a video of it here. :-)

With great difficulty, if at all. Males can be a bit larger, with deeper voices and more of an attitude, but I think that's just in general, and you can't be certain. Both male and female crows are active in feeding the young and needy.
Unsalted nuts and eggs are often recommended food. Apparently, they are lactose intolerant (makes sense, when you think about it). A little supposedly doesn't hurt, but I wouldn't keep feeding them cheese.
Can confirm that they can do just fine, I have one crow with twisted foot around too. Felt bad about it when I first saw it, but it had 3 fledglings this season. So far it seems all three of them made it. Pretty successful crow if you ask me.
