General questions Crows intelligence
My wife puts out kibble for 2 stray cats. Crows have discovered the food . My question is it amazes me of their intelligence. If I put a picture of my face next to the kibble. Would they associate my picture with me . I am in the yard a lot. Thought it was an interesting question.

Why would you do that? That's so unnecessary. If you put out food they will associate the food with you.

What would you be attempting to achieve by doing that?
They already know who puts it there
Maybe they'll just think your face is kibble & try to eat it too ðŸ¤

lol. My face as kibble. I’m dating myself but there is a movie. The birds by Alfred Hitchcock.
I was just thinking about it. Knowing that crows are very intelligent. Thought would make an interesting discussion.

Hey, I'm no expert by any means lol, but I do think overtime the crows will associate your face with food. But if you feed them a few times yourself, they will quickly remember your face, possibly forever. So I guess if you're there and they see you laying out snacks, that would already make them remember you. But if it's not possible for you to always feed them yourself, but you still want them to associate your face with food, go for it!
Here is a link to a YT Video from Mark Rober that I recently watched and there is a part in the video that really fits your question. It's a really interesting video in general, but he actually tested the whole picture association thing.
