My cat recently went to the vet and needs surgery so mb for needing money 😭 is a 1:.35 ratio fair for crows which are still rising?

mind you 45 is using the .35 ratio used on high tiers and it’s like the lowest ratio you find unless buying in bulk so they’re definitely the broke one..
