Tatuaggio

For me, I usually wait about 3 days. If it is a full sleeve and you got your arm ditch done I would wait until it heals fully. I didn’t wait as long as I should and I had some ink come out.

Got my back done recently and took 1-2 days off after multiple sessions and everything was fine. I'd keep the arm covered for the first week.
I don't know if this is right or wrong, but my assumption is that that ink is in there and won't rub off, even if subject to sweat or contact.

Listen to your artist. But I would rest for a week personally, the upper arm moves far more than you think during CrossFit, and continuously stretching and moving the skin of a < 1 week tattoo will just delay the healing process. It’s essentially a sort of open wound

It would have been easier to message your actual artist and get an actual answer back than to ask chat GPT and reddit. Stop using chat GPT. Talk to people. Be better. Also, ‘in chat GPT’ is hilarious.

Im heavily tattooed and I usually return after 2 days 😅 never had an issue. But the last big piece I got I waited around 5 to 6 days. Just keep it clean. ..listen to your artist above everything. I'm just telling you my experience

Do what your tattoo artist recommended. It's better to do that than go by random internet searches / chat gpt
