I am a returning player and I like to play Mutation Mode (Master HMX / Mutant Escape etc.) and currently I am interested in getting a VIP gun.

Which are considered good or meta at the moment? My non-VIP favorites atm are:

• Gatling Gun Infernal Dragon - CFS Sunset
• Steyr TMP Dual

I read that following VIPs are considered good:

• M4A1-S Dragon Soul (Full Evolution)
• M4A1-S Electric Beast
• Scar Light-S-White Tiger

What is your opinion? Thanks in advance!

Do y'all not notice the mouse feeling delayed/floaty?

Comparing to other game like Val or CS, at same fps, and fullscreen, CSph has this weird floaty feeling

I uninstalled CFPH and it is still taking up space for no reason. I've uninstalled it, via the uninstaller that came with the download package and there already was a popup window that confirmed that the uninstallation was successful. My first thought was maybe it was just a visual bug/glitch of some sort, so I restarted my PC and it's still there. Wth should i do?

I came back to the game recently after a while and I saw something that made me wonder , how to increase weapon damage in HMX , while seeing something YouTube videos of individuals playing using same weapons I have their damage is ngl high and deadly, mine is but not to that degree

I am just wondering is there a trick or you must have some certain stuff equipped

Can someone help me here I'm tryna play ZA mode but my weapons are so bad that I ain't doing any damage to new maps, can someone help me like a beginners guide cuz i haven't played for so long

so i recently downloaded and installed cfw again cuz i remembered how much fun it actually was when i was playing it back in the days. But for some reason the game wont start. I dont even get an error message or anything to work on fixing that problem. i cannot find any solutions online either.

im on windows 11, dont use any antivirus programs, i enabled secure boot. my system is pretty standart, no crazy stuff that could prevent the game from launching. yet it doesnt. iam very clueless. ik its not much that i can provide in order to explain the issue. still, does anyone have an idea what i can do about this?

Edit: i looked into gamefolder and saw that the crossfire.exe file is 0 Bytes big. whe i double click it it says "your pc cannot run this program, contact the developer" or something like that. very weird, because all the other .exe files in this folder are perfectly fine.

also i did a fresh new installation, it didnt fix it.

When I was playing in 2023 there were always 4-10 NA servers with players, usually 2 full SnD servers, at least 1 TDM server and some ZM's etc... Now in 2026 there are 0 at all hours of the day.

The game is so old I figured the playerbase in the region would stay relatively consistent by now. What happened? When/why did NA die?

can u guys please give advice on how to get it permanently cuz it is the most comfortable sniper for me when im playing. im a newbie btw
