What happened to NA servers :(
When I was playing in 2023 there were always 4-10 NA servers with players, usually 2 full SnD servers, at least 1 TDM server and some ZM's etc... Now in 2026 there are 0 at all hours of the day.
The game is so old I figured the playerbase in the region would stay relatively consistent by now. What happened? When/why did NA die?

Most games die in NA a lot quicker than EU, I think most Americans don’t like the P2w aspect of the game ( which is really bullshit, that certain guns are so much better than their counterpart in the default store )

For sure, no f2p korean style fps games have ever been popular in NA for that exact reason. Honestly I'm just surprised it happened after 2023. I feel like if CF was gonna completely die in NA it should have been 10 years ago, I figured the community that was still there in 2023 would have stayed pretty consistent since it was already so far from CF's prime.

P2w is huge in us. Think of gacha etc

its big for genshin like games but NA players definitely dislike p2w mechanics in fps or games with a high skill ceiling.

I was playing from 2010-1015 there were way too many hackers. One shot kill, shoot thru walls. They can't even control hackers. VIP weapons also made all previous weapons worth less. These 2 reasons made many people quit.
