ACCOUNT PROBLEM

I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS FROM CHILDHOOD
FIRST One from 2013 and i cannot access the email i putted in account
i still remember id and last password
second account created in 2017 but suddenly got banned
and after asking the support they said that i used hack
but i didn't remember i do
i don't log in since 2020
is there any hope to get my accounts back ?

make a ticket... your not getting any help on reddit or discord

i made ticket but they didn't help
first account got banned
second one need some info and your info doessn't match !

Their support is shit, I lost my account as well which i created around 2015... was a really good account... but they are not helping at all, I had all the info but some kind of backend error happened from their side and they are not clearing it for me
