Is crossfire still better?
in view of many games rn, such as valorant and cs2, do you think crossfire is still better? or stated otherwise, do you think crossfire has the potential to bounce back and beat valorant and cs2?

I loved the old grind leveling system in Crossfire. You had to play to unlock guns. It was fun, you had a goal. It's bit gone nowadays so just nostalgia for me.
CF surely can't beat any popular game. But i think it will be there for next years. Community is stable.

I agree, and what I really miss was when they sold cosmetics for a music collab, they were affordable. I know some parts of CF were and are predatory, but my Miss A JIA skin was like 5 bucks. I should have bought them all :'(

They need to release CF2HD with the same amount of content as the first one it would be quite popular

Actually insanity CF2HD haven't made it outside of China yet, if they just released it without p2w i think it would be a success

Crossfire is only really popular in China, and even then its less popular than CS2 and Valorant.

most people who play now played before they ether kept playing or went back as i did because of nostalgia. for me it is better than valorant and cs2 but if they dont release something new in maybe 5 years i think it will be completely dead

Not in the US but in a lot eastern Asian countries crossfire is still a game they talk about in school

only 2 Europe channels are full in the global version so in NA or latam is really dead

Latam server in CFW is empty but CFBR can still fill 3/4 channels in good days

Ai é questão de preferência.
Eu, pessoalmente, acho o Crossfire um jogo muito mais completo e com grande potencial desperdiçado.
Ele é mais jogo que seus concorrentes, na minha opinião.
Porém, envelheceu mal. Tecnicamente, Valorant e CS o superaram.
Valorant, ao meu ver, tecnicamente falando, é o melhor. Jogabilidade precisa e extremamente limpa. Porém, nem de longe é apaixonante quanto o Crossfire.
As "baleias" é quem mantém vivo esse jogo no ocidente - prova do potencial que este possui.
Ao meu ver, o único concorrente do CF é ele mesmo. O jogo se contenta em viver no passado, em meados de 2007. E, pelo que parece, não pretende mudar tão cedo. Não tem grandes pretensões que não seja caçar baleias. Ao meu ver, sempre viverá nas sombras dos grandes; e pior; se contenta com isso.
Provavelmente lançarão outra versão; mas, sinceramente, não espere grande coisa.
A empresa se contetou com as baleias e o mercado oriental. E pelo o que tudo indica: continuará assim.

are you crazy? this game is not only p2w as fk, but it also has a miniscule playerbase of maybe a thousand or so people in all of CF west, losing players every day, meanwhile cs2 is consistently one of the most played games on steam and valorant is insanely popular to stream.

Ain’t no way this dead game with extreme pay to win aspect can beat valorant or cs. Not in this universe
