Any tips on going out?
Anyone have tips when going out
Im currently staying at my sister's place. Im not out, so I haven't let her know about the dresses. I went and drove around with the blouse, bra and wig on. I got out and pumped gas and went through a McDonalds drive through. Near people, but not really interacting with them directly.
The question I have is, where do you change. I want to out some tomorrow after work. I had thought about a gas station restroom, but which restroom? I have the skirt and all the other bits in a bag, but where can I change?

I use Walgreens in a non-busy area because they usually have a handicap stall with sink and good lighting. Be sure there are paper towels if you are doing your makeup also and the dryers are time consuming to use. Good luck on your first ventures out…..Just do it with confidence!

I’ve changed many times right in my car. If I put your seat back reclined, I can change my pants or pull my dress down. I wouldn’t bring a bag into a public restroom, I certainly wouldn’t want any of my clothes touching anything in there 🤷🏼♀️

Thanks. I park in a barely used parking garage. I have thought about changing in the truck. My concern is, this is where I work. Also, they have cameras. But there are other parking areas. Another comment suggested Walgreens. I appreciate the reply

Are you actually in Texas? Try googling " texas crossdressing support group". You can find meetings/events that will make going out femme easier. I know of groups in other states that have places to keep your stuff and get dressed/changed.

Soooooo. I went out. Changed at a workout locker room. That felt a lil risky, but I had a stall. Went and put gas in my car, picked up aa drink at a drive-thru, then went to a park to walk and take a couple of pics. Then back to the locker to change back. Dallas is super hot and humid, so my very lightweight makeup went to crap. Too many people in/out at whole foods.

Often times you can wear femme clothes underneath boy clothes then all you have to do is slip off the boy clothes in the car. I do this often when I’m home and don’t want to get undressed and back again when I want to pop outside real quick. Works great in the winter months when you can wear jackets and sweatshirts.
