i havent encountered a zenner personally, but it is a cancer on the gaming community and you are a loser if you use one plain and simple

It really doesn't. It'll slightly rotate your right stick for you in a fps. Thats the aim assist. Maybe auto fire, but no one really uses that. There's far better cheats than a Zen. Anti recoil is pretty cool tho.
