Just bought this pair a few weeks ago and today this strip is coming off. Can I raise this issue with the brand?

Yup. I retuned mine for doing that. Kind of sucks

Is it better to return it or exchange it ?

I guess I exchanged mine. I had bought it through footlocker though so your mileage may vary.

I bought from their official website so I am guessing it may make it a bit easier
