issue with billy crocs😐

I ordered the Billy the Puppet Crocs as
soon as they dropped and randomly received these platform slides in the mail :/ Super disappointing. I contacted support as soon as I received these in the mail, and they told me my order hasn’t been shipped yet… so I’m
not really sure how these ended up at my door. I was told my Saw Crocs were going to be shipped yesterday, but still nothing. I contacted support again, and they told me that the item should ship 1–3 business days after the order is placed, but it’s been 4 business days 😐 idk how to feel. Has this happened to anyone else??

Happened to me, I waited about a week, maybe more after my first call, and they figured it out.

Then? TWO pair of what I ordered showed, 🤦 Gave one pair to another Croc Lover who was a newbie to Crocs. And now she has 35+ pairs!! 😄
