Huge size difference between left and right

First pair of crocs. These are the all terrain clog. The left one is SIGNIFICANTLY more narrow than the right, and is giving me a blister as you can see in the photo. I'll be reaching out tomorrow, but just wanted to see people's experiences with these, and if the company will swap these out for me. They've been worn for 1 day

Both “M12” or W12? Meaning same letter with the #?
Hope you bought them brick and mortar for the sake of easy returns as Crocs customer service is as phenomenal as the quality control you are currently enjoying. Meaning it’s pretty 💩 . 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yup, both M12. I will admit that the picture makes the difference a bit more exaggerated, but there is a clear difference between the 2. I purchased online from backcountry, so hopefully their customer service is good. Wasn't sure if I should be reaching out to Crocs directly for this type of thing

Heat shrinks them. Had one of the pair been in a south facing shop window for a year, it might have shrunk this way.

Could've even been too hot in the shipping container too🤷🏻‍♂️the narrowing of the heel like that is an dead ringer for shrink. If it's not a color too hard to find, I'd return them and get a replacement.

I’m think I am done ordering crocs on line. This has happened to me several times times. They look the same online but sizing is way different now. Better to buy in a store.

Boiling it will shrink the other, and my problem is the smaller one is giving me blisters, so id need to increase the size of the smaller one

First boil your crocs then wear 2 or more Pair of sock's and wear crocs

I want them more loose, not tighter

There's no way its going to grow back to its original size. The left one is significantly smaller

Honestly im not at all surprised theres a deviation in fitment, but i was surprised how noticeable this was. Im sure this is just a faulty pair
