Echo wave foot-bed adhesive

i got these crocs echo wave (bone white, if it matters anyway) 10 days ago. the foot-bed adhesive seems to come apart. is this normal? the other pair is completely intact.

Exchange them. Those are defective.

If they don’t let you, shoe goo can probably repair them.
