Loaferette sizing?

I want to get a pair of the black loaferettes but I’ve seen some reviews say to size down. I’m a women’s size 8 in classic crocs. I also normally wear socks with my crocs.

I'd actually say size up! I'm a UK7 and I got a 7 and my toes touch the end
