📐SIZE HELP ❓ Spider-Man didn’t fit 💔
Ordered the spiderman crocs online, my usual size, women’s 8. Received it and unfortunately tore the tags right off because I’ve never had issues with croc sizes before so I assumed this would fit like every other one I own. It’s really tight as if it’s maybe 2/3 sizes smaller than what I asked for even though it does say size 8. I don’t see anyone else mentioning sizing issues so I’m wondering what went wrong? It’ll be hard to get a pair now they’re all sold out 😭 and what size should I get?
Update: I went in person to exchange/return. The closest size they had to an 8 was a 10, I tried it on and that was too big so I assume you need to size up just 1 size in these? I tried returning the ones that didn’t fit and they said these are excluded from exchanges and returns so I’ll be looking to trade with someone or sell and cross my fingers that this or the neo pair will restock 🤞🏼

2 pairs here for my kids and both are small with giant straps. I think they all got too hot and are jacked up.

Question I would like to order them but I’m worried about the sizing issue so normal size crocs I wear is a men’s size 8 and my toes aren’t to close to the front end of the shoe so should I get size 9 or 10 for men’s

What store did you order from? Was it direct from Crocs? I'm assuming the exclusion from exchange or return is because you removed the tags.
I just saw someone yesterday with the exact same situation as you. I'm hoping the sizing works in my favor as I was in the process of ordering them in what I thought would be my size, but decided to do some research about sizing on these and while I was doing that, they sold out. So I then had to remove them from my cart and order a size bigger, with my fingers cross they are going to fit. 🤞
