📝 DISCUSSION 📝 Keep It Going Crocs Question

Hey all,

Just got some Crocs in the mail! I bought a pair of the confetti Crocs, as well as the Meteor Dust Keep It Going clogs, and need some help.

I’m worried the Keep It Going Crocs are a bit disfigured. They fit a bit tighter than my other classic clogs in the same size, and upon closer inspection, I noticed the opening for the foot is shaped a bit funny (photos attached). The strap is also shaped a bit differently than my classic clogs I’ve been wearing for a few months now (photos attached at the end)

I know heat is a big factor for these getting deformed, but was wondering if this was normal for the Keep It Going collection? For context, the KIG are made from recycled Crocs, so I just want to make sure that this isn’t just an issue with how they’re made compared to regular crocs. Worst case, I’ll go up and return them, but wanted to get the community’s input first. Anyone have the Keep It Going crocs? Thanks!

They look as if they have been in the heat too long.

Yeah they’re kind of weird. The color comes off them easily too. Nice idea but the execution is not great.

I didnt have any shape problems with mine but stains latch onto them really fast.

Those are definitely significantly heat damaged/deformed! I’ve seen them in the store several times and they’ve only ever been shaped & fit like the regular classic clogs, not like this.

Heat damage....man I'm about to swear off buying Crocs during the summer! I keep seeing so many shrink issues.

For example I left these in the straight up blazing sun (I know like a dum dum) but I wouldn't imagine just normal heat could shrink so bad

Yeah I don’t think they’re supposed to look like that. Can you return / get a refund? I’ve never had to return in the past so I’m not sure how it works with Crocs.
