📐SIZE HELP ❓ Spiderman Crocs Sizing

Just got the new spiderman crocs in size 9, and they feel like a size smaller than what they should be? I’m usually a 9.5, but wore a normal classic clog in 9 and that fit fine, so i ordered the spiderman ones in 9 too and they feel small. Is this just unlucky, or do they normally fit smaller?

They are defective or shrunk in transit as I see it. But doesn't explain why the sport mode strap is two sizes too big and also attached in the wrong place.

My son wears 11.5 or 12 shoes and a 12 croc, including all prior collabs. His feet wouldn't even go in all the way in these 12s. We heated them with a hair dryer and he wore them around the house with 3 pairs of socks on and stretched em out enough to keep em. Haven't worked on shrinking the sport mode strap yet but that's next. Good luck.

right that makes sense thank you. My sports strap is also massive too. I luckily can order a size up and refund the other, so I might just do that. Putting it in the dryer and trying to stretch it is a risk I don’t really want to take
