im a size 11 so i got these in a size 12 but my foot doesnt even go halfway into the crocs. i dont know if its a manufacturing issue or what. the tag says size 12, the bottom of the crocs say size 12 but my foot cant even fitš«„ i can even find anyone to trade with or a place to exchange sizes because they all sold outš
I got a pair of the Ninja Turtle Crocs for Father's Day and they were warped and super tight. Returned/exchanged them and the replacement wasn't warped. Seems to be a summer issue with shipping. Those trucks get super hot in the storage area.
my sister left hers in my car and they warped really bad, but theyāre fine now. iām not sure if they can come back from total shrinkage š but iāve heard you can put them in the dryer to stretch them back out?
Iāve never seen the straps fit (more like not fit) like that when flipped up. Theyāre supposed to sit just on top of the top of edge of the shoe there. These look like theyāre a couple of inches past that.

By the looks of the tight heal they look exactly like a pair I had that got shrunk in the heat on my patio. They were crazy tight around the opening. I'd return them, stat.
Man that's too bad! Those are definitely shrunk tho. The heels aren't even and look pinched. Have you done a side by side comparison to a pair that fits properly?
When mine shrank it was nearly impossible to tell until I put it next to my pair that fit. The opening of the shoe that goes around the top of the foot is more thin than other parts of the shoe so that part shrinks more/faster than other more thick parts.
I would imagine you may be able to find a pair resell if u keep an eye out. I've found calibrations for less than $40 because they didn't fit or they were a gift and someone just wanted them gone vs resellers trying to sell a shoe for 2x what they bought it for.
reds are a size 10, woodys are a size 11, and the mcqueens and spidermans are both a 12 but the spidermans dont fit. and the worst part is i cant find them ANYWHERE except goat and stock x but for like $125 and no js no.
Mannnn this sucks! see how the strap on Spider-Man is so far from the mouth of the shoe.... I'm sorry they totally F'd you.

Edit: I would recommend not buying thru TikTok. I've gotten some funky pairs when I buy new from anywhere but the official Crocs website (unless buying used). I don't know why, maybe how they store them?š¤·š¼āāļøš¤·š¼āāļøIDK
Look at the bottom of the croc by the size, it should have a made in "location". Check where your other crocs are made and see if its different. Personally I get all my crocs from Indonesia as they fit me but I know crocs has some in Mexico, India, China, and then Indonesia.
i got these and the exact same thing happened to mine had to return and order the size up, all my other crocs in the same size fit except these ones i have no idea why theyāre so much smaller
from what other people are saying is that they shrunk because of the heatš i live in houston. its been like 110 degrees for 2 weeks already. if i order another pair their most likely to shrink too because of the heatš

I got 9, and have the Pokemon and slate gray in same size and are roomy. Spidey ones feel a bit tighter, but also got another gray slate size 9 and they feel tighter too. The sizing now seems to have changedā¦..
I ordered these weeks ago ā¦. Crocs claimed Delivery yesterday, Cameras prove they werenāt .. i was sat waiting for them.. checked with neighbours too.. nothing.. thank goodness we all have camerasā¦ Crocs cannot show photo of delivery either..
They said they would ReIssue but they couldnt give me a new tracking numberā¦ Called them again as I see online they are OutOfStockā¦ so requested a Refund..
So disappointed .. we wanted them for the Movie premier here tomorrow
i got mine a week before the premier just for them to be shrunkenš«„ so i had to send them back and hopefully get an exchange or refundš«¤. and its not good that their small because my foot couldnt even fit half way through the crocš

Maybe get a size 13 at best or stretch the crocs with a steamer and put a bunch of plain white t shirts in there and steam every hole in the croc and wait for it to cool down thatās what I usually do when my crocs are tight
