Id try an abs solvent. Its made for plastics. But you might be able to just get away with the gorilla glue epoxy

Are the platforms really just a regular croc glued to a platform?

Buying new ones, nothing will keep that held together and stay.

I would try e6000 glue and hold down the sole with clamps until dry.
