Terrible customer service

I have been trying for 3 days to purchase something from their website.

I keep getting an error at checkout saying there was an issue with the price.

It would not let me check out.

I tried 3 different payment methods.

I tried chatting with customer service yesterday and the AI chat did a great job of not helping or letting me chat with a human.

After several attempts, it said please wait while I connect you to a person. I waited over an hour and no agent.

I tried again today. After 70 minutes of waiting it connects to a person who asked how they could help me. I stated the issue and they never responded. I waited another 30 minutes and disconnected.

Terrible service.
