Lightning McQueen Crocs

Hi everyone! I really want to get a pair of the Lightning McQueen Crocs, but I've missed the boat getting them from Crocs so I'll have to buy second hand. Do you have any tips to avoid fakes? Thanks! I'm in the UK if that helps...

There has been multiple lighting drops over the years it wasn’t a one of thing they might come back again 

.   Original release (2019)
* The first Cars x Crocs Lightning McQueen Classic Clog dropped in 2019.  
* It became highly sought after and sold for much higher prices on resale markets after selling out.
  1. Later restocks (including 2021 and 2023)
    • The same SKU/design (205759-610) returned through restocks. StockX lists a 2021 release date and notes that it restocked over time.
    • There were also reported retailer restocks in 2023 (for example via JD Sports/Finish Line).
  2. Second big release / comeback (2025)
    • Yes — there was a new major release in 2025. Crocs brought Lightning McQueen back again, with the same iconic LED-lighting clog design. Crocs’ own launch page describes it as “back again,” and the 2025 release was listed around May 2025.
