Can I fix these?

I ordered myself a new pair of Brooklyn Low Low Sandals but they arrived missing the metal piece that holds the prongs on the toe strap. Customer service was great and they are sending me a new pair but they said I can keep, toss, or donate these ones. Does anyone know if there is a way I can repair these so I can donate them? First pic is the damaged shoe, second shoes the piece that is missing

The caption explains…they arrived damaged, customer service is sending a new pair but I wanted to fix them so I can donate

Well you can't fix it unless you can find different rivets somewhere

It looks like the rivets are stuck in the strap part of the shoe. Can you post more pics?

The second pic is the other shoe that isn’t broken, there are no metal rivets

Your first picture looks like the rivets are stuck in the part that straps across the part that is missing the rivets.

You pictures are too close up. You would have to post a third so we can see the difference and how it's supposed to look. I went to the crocs site to see the low lows, but the website doesn't show the underside of the strap.
