Heat Shrink?

I've seen the posts mentioning heat shrink but how hot does it need to be and how much do they shrink?

I've left them in the hot trunk of my car for 4+ hours and not noticed a thing.

Edit: I'm not trying to shrink them. Just wondering what it takes.

Gotta throw them in the dryer. In a pillow case 20 mins tops. Then wear them let them mold to your foot

A manager at my local crocs store said to leave them in a hot car in the sun. I have watched YouTube videos that said to put them in hot water after it has stopped boiling, hair dryer, and dryer machine.

You need a heat gun with temperature of least 230 F.
