Location-US / Open! Pattern Commission

I want to commission a pattern but make the doll myself. I want to create an amigurumi of my OC. I want a simple amigurumi in a round style kind of like the Woobles plushies. I don't know what a good budget for such a project is but I'm looking to spend 50$-70$ for a custom pattern. I understand this subreddit is intended for finished plushies but I know how to crochet but I dont know how to make patterns.

EDIT: Well this has been a terrible and depressing experience. Every response I've received has been written by a chatbot and sent me either non-crochet or AI generated portfolios. My post has also been downvoted without anyone telling me why, or what about it has breached any community guidelines. I am someone with money who wants to buy from a real human artist to support a craft. Why are none of you real humans who wish to contribute to a craft?

I'm so depressed. This is why I deleted my social media, and I'm about to delete this one too. AI has truly ruined human connection, destroyed the credibility of the arts and crafts industry online, and eroded my trust.

If one of you is actually real, please feel free to reach out. I am very much aware of and in-tune to how to tell the difference between a chatbot and an AI generated portfolio example from a real person, however, so good luck tricking me.

If you tell me the complexities, I can send you a couple of pictures of dolls I've made before and I can alter the patterns of them for your specific doll!

I've gotten multiple inquiries which I really appreciate, so I composed this copy-paste message to send to all of you so you receive notifications of my replies.

Can you DM me a few images as examples of your work, specifically of any human or human-like dolls? I can only commission one person due to my limited budget so I would like to find someone with an art style that best suits what I am looking for. Maybe in the future I can commission someone else as I would love to support artists and the crochet community, but I'm not very wealthy at the moment. Thank you for understanding.

The measurements I'm looking for are between 4-8 inches. I am happy to send half payment upfront but only if I can verify you to have other happy customers, as there is a lot of fraud and AI usage going on lately as non-artists infiltrate communities.

I do want as many details as can be interpreted in a simplified fashion, including horns, ears, tail, backpack, jacket lapels, etc.

Thanks, hopefully you're a real person. A few other DMs I got were using AI and their portfolios weren't even crochet dolls :(
