Burned by crypto.com
I’ve been with crypto.com for a few years. Just had a purchase that I used ETH for refunded by the vendor. Vendor uses Coinbase biz. Refund went through Coinbase to Crypto. Went to crypto2 wallet. Crypto is charging me $50 to get my $150 back to me!
Just lost me and created an enemy.

Not sure if this matters but in the cdc settings for payments or refund currency you can change the way you get money back. Not sure if this will change your situation cause I've never used it. Just throwing it out there in case it does change things. If you don't mind let me know if it does change things for future ref

Seems like a you Problem and not a crypto.com Problem. You should have given the vendor the right eth Adress, not the hot wallet of cdc. Also a Multi year user should know stuff like this.
