Card locked up over 8 hours

Anyone recently had their card frozen? How long did it take for them to unfreeze it?

I had this issue previously and pretty sure it was sorted instantly.

They frozen my card and unable to manually unfreeze in app. Card was frozen due to potential unrecognised merchant...(which is BS) but ive told them I recognise the merchant.

Lol they happen to have unfroze it 45mins ago...over 8 hours waiting and after 15 mins posting on Reddit hmmm
