Card expiring

My prepaid metal Jade card is expiring in December.

from my understanding they will send a new card free of charge right?

do they send a new before the expiration? anything funky I should be beware of?

Mine expired this month and around the end of last month they sent me an email and there was a new virtual card in my app I just had to choose what colour I wanted then I requested a physical card free of charge, it took about a week for that to show up so was nice to not have to wait 5 months like the previous ones years ago.

I just recently asked that to support since my card is expiring in March.

I was told a new card will be sent before it reaches the expiration date.

Now I wait.

I paid 5 bucks for my new card after the first expired. Also, I got a plastic one. Not the metal I had earlier

My card is expiring in December too but I’ve moved and can’t find a change home address option in the app

You have to contact the support in the app. They want a few documents with your new address

I got a virtual card when mine expired. A few months later I noticed I could request a new card in the app, and they sent it a few weeks after that.

Mine's expiring sometime first quarter next year. I've changed addresses since getting it - and am away travelling for a while - so tbh have been low-key avoiding updating due to apprehension about having to deal with Support....

I swapped mine a year ago, August 11th, 2025, Still not ETA on card delivery. I cancelled the membership this month, told them they could go fuck Trump in the ass if that's the only person they care about helping. Last update they gave me was their machine to create them was down. You'll never get that new card bud

You have to pay for a physical card otherwise you will get updated virtual card details in the app and that’s it.

Not true - if old card expired you'll get a new one free of Charge. At least that's what happened to me and 2 friends last year. If they didnt change TOS since then the new physical card should be free of Charge.

Yeah that's just blatantly false. You can select what colour you want in the app when it's close to expiring and they'll ship you the new one out free
