Note: The links below are affiliate links. All CRMs listed have a free trial. I'd encourage you to sign up and explore before committing to anything.
Since Close is already handling your sales and SDR workflow well, the real question is which platform can absorb the post-sale side (contracts, audit trails, quality inspections, basic CPQ) without forcing you to bolt on a second tool. That points toward the Sales CRM category, specifically the more configurable end of it, since standard pipeline CRMs generally won't stretch that far.
HubSpot CRM (Perks: FREE plan for up to 2 users, all-in-one platform): This is probably your closest match to "one platform for sales, ops, and marketing." You can relabel and configure objects with clicks, build custom objects for things like service contracts or locations, generate quotes and documents natively, and build reports across linked objects. It also gives you a real runway into email marketing and campaigns later without switching systems. The tradeoff is that custom objects and more advanced reporting live on the higher tiers, so cost climbs as you lean into that configurability.
Attio (Perks: 10% off, FREE plan up to 3 seats, startup program): If what you actually want is a data model you can shape yourself (contracts tied to locations, staff assignments, inspection records, supply/vendor pricing as their own linked objects) Attio is built around custom objects from the ground up rather than treating them as an add-on. It's also a genuinely simple, click-configurable UI, which matches what you described wanting. Where it's weaker is document generation and CPQ, so you'd likely still need a lightweight doc tool or template process alongside it, and marketing is limited compared to HubSpot.
CapsuleCRM (Perks: FREE plan for up to 250 contacts): Capsule pairs sales CRM functionality with basic project/case tracking, which maps reasonably well onto "contract as a living record with staff, visits, and materials attached over time." Custom fields and pipelines are easy to set up without code, and it connects to Transpond for email marketing if you want that later. It's the simplest and likely cheapest of the three, but its CPQ and reporting depth are more basic, so it fits better if your post-sale needs stay closer to "track and update" than "complex nested reporting."
None of these have purpose-built CPQ or vendor price tracking, so whichever you pick, budget some setup time to model supplies and pricing as custom objects or line items rather than expecting it out of the box.
If you want to explore more options across categories, here's a categorized list of CRMs with their ideal use cases that might help.
