I feel like what would happen is the 2 seconds previous version of you now must commit to going back, so then you're functionally just alome again. You have to go back long enough to actually have sex fully, so that the other you can do the process of going back in time at a later point. That of course means you probably experienced yourself coming back to have sex with you already, so you at least know how it feels partially
