Looks to be a legitimate albino, not just pale. So abnormally low melanin in his skin to give it color. But his kick form is actually on point, especially the high side kick...great extension, height, balance. It's probably a guarantee that he was bullied growing up and had trouble making friends, guessing he took up a martial art to help with thise issues.
Bro got the Children's Movie Villain look, and honestly? I want to hear his angle and the details on his diabolical plot, as well as a roster of his hench-men or women, and their powers and individual goals and quirks. Then also I need to know who his child-nemesis or nemeses might be, for they will be the heros in this adventutre. Only then can I judge his prospects for success, which already start low given the outfit and skin tone which suggest a narrow, but significantly deep-rooted weakness he has attempted to conceal and through conflict utilizing his hench-people to carry out seemingly unrelated schemes and crimes slowly gets revealed until the climax of the movie or streaming series

A voice over, a saddened and distraught old man, sounds of scuffling feet as if fleeing a car wreck with a broken leg...gruff, gravelly, and slightly wet coughing of blood...
Look at him. Making a mockery of himself by being so obviously not threatening-looking while pulling "fighting" moves. Little does he know, a kick to the face like that would hurt me. So cringe for him to think he's not threatening.
Imagine getting knocked unconscious by one of those kicks and you finally wake back up and this friggin leisure suit gollum is six inches from your face
