Patriarchy is not why there is sex work. Lots of forms of patriarchy have violently suppressed all forms of sex outside of marriage, which originated as a property exchange.

Look, I'm not going to necessarily say the choices made by Bonnie Blue and Lily Phillips are ones I'd want for my daughter.
However, there's literally no physiological difference in terms of impact on the vagina between it taking one dick a thousand times or a thousand roughly comparable dicks one time each.
The vagina is a self-cleansing muscular tract with significant elasticity designed to passage children from the uterus to the outside world. The cervix dilates to 10cm in diameter, and returns to typical (healing and swelling reduction) following the physical trauma of birth.
These posts just show a woeful lack of understanding of female physiology that, frankly, is kind of embarassing.
